my husband puts a 10 lb weight in each hand and pulls down on one side for 15 reps and repeats it. standing straight up. you are pulling to your right and left, like a pully system

do cardio exercises for like 25+ minutes along with some trunk twist and medicine ball twist. I usually do my trunk twist using cables but you can use like a 25lb plate and twist from left to right turning only your upper body kinda lookin behind yourself. To do med ball twist just sit on the floor, cross your legs and kinda lean back and move the med ball from side to side. do this 5 days a week starting with 3 sets of 30 each and increase by ten reps each week. or you can do them by time, start with 3 sets of 45 seconds and increase the time by 15 seconds each week.

OMG SNAP, ive now lost 8.7 stone or 121.8 pounds. Start working your legs mate (biggest muscles on the body), the after burn will get rid of that excess fat around those areas even when your sleeping because your body will use fat as energy to recover.

Try running a couple miles a day of course with proper form, and doing some calisthenic work before or after a run and you will probably lose fat.

of course but this doesnt aid to fat loss. Working larger muscle groups if you are weight training such as legs will help thoiugh

I’ve been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I’ll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!

HOW TO LOSE FAT

1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)

2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours)
– include a protein source with each meal

3) Follow the nutrition plan from the “Fat Loss Customized” program (I can’t provide a meal plan here)

HOW TO LOSE FAT

1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low “GI” carbs throughout the day)

2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.

3) Perform high intensity interval training.
