do cardio exercises for like 25+ minutes along with some trunk twist and medicine ball twist. I usually do my trunk twist using cables but you can use like a 25lb plate and twist from left to right turning only your upper body kinda lookin behind yourself. To do med ball twist just sit on the floor, cross your legs and kinda lean back and move the med ball from side to side. do this 5 days a week starting with 3 sets of 30 each and increase by ten reps each week. or you can do them by time, start with 3 sets of 45 seconds and increase the time by 15 seconds each week.
