Question by npbrackett: Can anyone help me with a good diet for THICK THIGHS, and LOVE HANDLES?
I have been going to the gym, doing weights on my legs and doing 30-45 minutes of cardio, I try to diet but I am afraid I am not on the right track. I am gaining muscle, but not losing the fat. Can someone please recommend to me a daily caloric intake, or just an all around diet plan to shed those few 5-10 lbs so I can get my body back in shape?
